Job summary

Star Group is seeking a commercially sharp, people-focused head of hospitality operations to own the hospitality P&L across its multi-site venue portfolio. You will lead our Operations Managers and Multi-Site Business Leaders, turning strategy into venue-level execution that drives revenue, productivity, costs, guest experience, safety and compliance.

You’ll establish operating rhythms, coach leaders through change, and build capability to ensure accountable performance across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-site, customer-facing operations.
• Proven ownership of a substantial P&L.
• Track record of improving performance.
• Strong people leadership and change resilience.
• Hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own hospitality P&L and lead Operations Managers and Multi-Site Leaders.
• Drive revenue, labour productivity, cost control, guest experience, safety and compliance.
• Establish disciplined operating rhythms across sites.
• Coach, challenge and develop leaders to own their results.
