Tiaki Wai in Petone seeks a Head of Network Operational Performance and Reporting to lead the performance capability for the Network Operations Group, shaping how we measure, report and improve network and service delivery performance.

You will lead the Performance Portfolio, driving performance management, reporting, analytics and business improvement with a focus on turning insight into action and measurable improvements for customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading operational performance and service delivery.
• Experience designing and embedding performance frameworks.
• Experience steering major improvement programmes or initiatives.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder influencing skills.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insight.
• Relevant qualification in engineering, business, analytics or management.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Network Operations performance and reporting function and its team.
• Design and embed the Network and Service Delivery Performance Framework.
• Establish meaningful performance measures, targets and baselines.
• Lead performance and business improvement initiatives from case for change through to implementation.
• Strengthen service delivery, contractor and supplier performance.
• Turn complex operational data into clear insights, advice and recommendations.
• Identify emerging risks and opportunities and support evidence-based decisions.
• Embed performance management and continuous improvement across Network Operations.
