Job summary

Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is seeking an experienced Health and Safety Operations Lead to orchestrate performance reporting, business analysis and improvement systems across the Infrastructure and Investment Group’s national and regional teams.

You will design dashboards, ensure data quality, and translate stakeholder feedback into actionable insights, supporting leadership with timely, reliable information for decision-making.

Qualifications

• Analytical mindset with ability to translate operational needs into practical solutions.
• Experience in reporting, assurance, risk or Health and Safety systems in a large organisation.
• Ability to gather requirements, map processes and improve systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, governance and continuous improvement of performance reporting and dashboards across national and regional teams.
• Provide central business analysis and improvement capability across the organisation.
• Develop consistent reporting frameworks and reliable information to support decision-making.
• Coordinate governance forums, reporting cycles and improvement initiatives.
