We are embarking on an exciting new vision for a three-school model for our kura from the beginning of 2027. This is your opportunity to join our forward-thinking school as we proactively respond to roll growth and the new curriculum.
Each of our three schools – Junior, Middle, and Senior – will have a pastoral team dedicated to the holistic pastoral care, support, and engagement of our learners. Each team of four House Deans will be led by a Head of Learner Experience, a “Super Dean” role providing leadership and oversight of learner wellbeing, behaviour, engagement and pastoral systems.
We are seeking passionate leaders that have confidence, experience, and expertise in restorative practice, de-escalation strategies, team leadership, learner engagement strategies, data analysis, successful pastoral systems and processes, and community event management.
We have a strategic focus of staff and learner Hauora driven by CRP.
