Mitre 10 MEGA Wanaka is seeking a customer‑service focused team member for a full‑time role, Tue–Sat, to help customers find the right hardware and tools and provide expert guidance. You will join a supportive team with a great culture and staff perks.

You will bring a passion for customer service, strong communication, multi‑tasking abilities, problem solving, and a keen eye for detail. Physical fitness and teamwork are essential in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers to find the right hardware/tools and provide product knowledge.

• Work on a 5-day week roster (Tue–Sat) and maintain high standards under pressure.
