Job summary

Mitre 10 MEGA Wanaka is hiring a Trade Drive-Thru Customer Service representative to support our Trade and DIY customers. You will help with queries, stock the drive-thru, and keep the trade department tidy and merchandised.

We offer a friendly team, staff discounts, in-house training, and a comprehensive perks package. This is a full-time role working five days per week, including a weekend day.

Qualifications

• Customer service focus and strong communication abilities.
• Strong multi-tasking skills and quick product learning.

• Physically fit with no limitations for lifting products.
• Knowledge of building supply products helps; forklift license is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Interact with Trade and DIY customers at the Drive-Thru and resolve queries.
• Assist customers with requirements and maintain stock and cleanliness in the trade area.
• Keep drive-thru merchandised and tidy to support efficient service.
• Learn products and processes to provide accurate information and service.

TRADE Drive-Thru Customer Service (Full Time)

We are looking for an allrounder, who can work the Trade Drive-Thru. This role will ensure interactions with our Trade and DIY customers happen seamlessly, assisting them with any requirements and queries, keeping the drive-thru stocked, merchandised and tidy within the trade department.

You will bring;

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Good multi-tasking skills and ability to learn and understand new products
• Ability to problem-solve and maintain high customer standards under pressure
• Good numeracy skills
• A very strong attention to detail and accuracy
• No restrictions on lifting products and be physically fit and capable
• Knowledge of building supply products is advantageous, but not a requirement if you are willing to learn
• Possession of a forklift license would be highly desirable, but is not a requirement

This is a Full time role of 5 days a week including a weekend day. Shift hours would be discussed with the successful applicant.
