Job summary

Gallagher Group Limited is seeking a Hardware Engineering Lead to drive the next generation of eShepherd hardware. You will lead a skilled team of electronics and mechanical engineers from concept through field deployment to deliver robust, scalable solutions in demanding farming environments.

• A degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.

• Strong product development expertise from concept through production.

• Passion for coaching engineers and building high-performing teams.
• Sound technical judgement, commercial awareness and continuous improvement mindset.
