Job summary

AntBank is seeking a Software Tester to validate its software platforms, payment systems and integrations to ensure they are reliable, secure, accurate and ready for production use. The role covers testing across web, mobile and backend applications within fintech contexts.

You will prepare test plans, execute functional, integration and regression tests, document defects with steps, and contribute to test automation and quality assurance practices in a fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Computer Science, Software Engineering or IT.
• Experience in software testing/QA or software development.
• Understanding of testing methodologies.
• Knowledge of SQL & databases.
• Experience testing REST APIs/integrations.
• Ability to prepare structured test cases/reports.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of security principles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare test plans, scenarios, cases and data from requirements.
• Perform functional, integration, system, regression and UAT testing.
• Test web, mobile and backend applications.
• Identify, document and track defects through resolution; retest.
• Test card issuance, wallet, and payment system flows and integrations.
• Validate database records and ledger interactions; ensure data integrity.
• Support API testing and automation; document outcomes and maintain tests.
