Job summary

Restaurant Brands NZ invites applications for a Team Member at our KFC restaurant in Dannevirke. You will provide guests with a positive service experience, assist with food preparation and keep the restaurant clean and welcoming.

You will take orders, operate the till, pack meals and ensure food safety and hygiene. Prior customer service helps, but full training is provided to help you learn and grow within the business.

Qualifications

• Ideally a minimum of NCEA Level 1 or working towards Level 1.
• Previous customer service or front-facing experience is favoured but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Follow guest service guidelines to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Operate a till, take payments and make change.
• Pack and present meals for takeaway or dine-in orders.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and restaurant cleanliness.
• Report faults or maintenance needs to the manager on duty.
