Job summary

Restaurant Brands Ltd is seeking a KFC Team Member in New Zealand to join our fast-paced team. You will provide guests with a positive service experience, assist with food preparation, and maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant. You may assist in cooking and food handling following safety procedures.

Responsibilities include taking orders, managing the register, packing meals, and ensuring timely service. Applicants with basic customer service experience will be preferred.

Qualifications

• Ideally a minimum of NCEA Level 1 or working towards Level 1.
• Previous customer service or customer facing experience is favoured but not essential

Responsibilities

• Follow guest service guidelines; ensure guests receive service beyond expectations.
• Work assigned stations; keep areas clean; assist with other duties as needed.
• May be required to cook as directed by supervisor
• Handle all food products per RBL procedures
• Follow food safety, handling and sanitation requirements
• Report faulty equipment to the manager on duty
• Order taking and serving food and beverage orders
• Operate an electronic register; receive payments and give change
• Pack products for takeaway; hand packed orders to customers
• Prepare burgers, wraps and salads; heat simple items; monitor food timers
