Qualifications

• Places customer first and goes out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Follow guest service guidelines and procedures to exceed guest expectations.
• Work assigned stations accurately and productively; clean and stock areas.
• You may be required to cook as instructed by your supervisor.
• Handle all food products according to RBL procedures.
• Follow RBL food safety, handling and sanitation requirements.
• Operate an electronic register, receive payment and make change.
• Packing products into packaging for takeaway or trays with condiments.
• Clear packing benches and front counter or drive-thru window for customers.
• Prepare burgers, wraps and salads; monitor food timers for safety.
