Job summary

• Ensure staff perform duties per job descriptions and meet expectations.
• Maintain quality, service and cleanliness standards (QSC) and guest satisfaction.
• Hire, train, motivate and empower employees to deliver guest satisfaction.
• Schedule and budget under RM direction and analyse performance with management.
