Job summary

Restaurant Brands Ltd. is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a KFC outlet in New Zealand, ensuring daily operations meet sales, quality, and safety targets.

You will supervise staff, hire, train and schedule, while upholding RBL standards and policies across operations, food safety and health and safety. You will coach team members, drive performance, and ensure audit readiness, inventory control, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• LAS and LAR1 qualifications required or in progress.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisor experience in retail or service.
• Strong coaching and people development skills.
• Proven ability to manage schedules and deliver customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure restaurant meets KFC standards including Operations, Food Safety and Health and Safety.
• Lead and support team to achieve objectives and audits.
• Direct staffing decisions, hiring, training, evaluating and scheduling.
• Coach and develop team to achieve 6 key operation areas: people, customer satisfaction, operations, transactions, profit and innovation.
• Manage costs and waste; ensure roster protocols and fair treatment of staff.
