Restaurant Brands Ltd. is seeking a KFC Team Member in Hamilton to provide friendly guest service, assist with food preparation, and keep the restaurant clean and efficient. You may be requested to cook items as needed and ensure health and safety standards are followed.

The role emphasises teamwork, reliable station coverage, accurate order handling, and active contribution to a positive guest experience. Training and development opportunities may be offered.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or customer facing experience is favoured but not essential.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team.
• Ability to follow procedures and safety rules.

Responsabilités

• Follow guest service guidelines and procedures to exceed guest expectations.
• Work assigned stations accurately and productively; clean and stock station areas.
• Assist with cooking when required by supervisor.
• Handle food according to RBL procedures and food safety standards.
• Report faulty equipment to the manager on duty.
• Assist with order taking, serving, and handling payments where applicable.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining and food prep areas.
• Assist with opening/closing duties as directed by management.
