Rendezvous Heritage Hotel Queenstown, part of TFE Hotels, seeks a Food & Beverage Attendant to deliver warm, professional guest service and contribute to memorable dining experiences. You will prepare beverages, deliver meals, and support a high-performing team in a busy hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for delivering guest experiences and service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to brand standards.
• Experience with POS systems and guest transactions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, professional service and exceptional guest experiences.
• Build relationships by anticipating needs and creating memorable moments.
• Keep a clean, welcoming workspace aligned with brand standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service across shifts.
• Follow health, safety, and responsible service guidelines.
• Take guest requests professionally and respond promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu to assist and upsell where appropriate.
• Support a positive, inclusive team culture and adaptability.
• Handle multiple priorities with composure during busy periods.
• Take orders accurately and provide confident menu recommendations.
• Deliver meals and beverages with consistent table service quality.
• Prepare and reset dining areas to support an outstanding guest experience.
