Job summary

Sudima Queenstown Five Mile, operated by Hind Management, is seeking a Food and Beverage Attendant to deliver a warm, engaging dining experience. You will join a team that values hospitality, teamwork, and exceptional service, with full training provided and a minimum of 30 hours per week.

The role involves welcoming guests, taking orders, preparing hot and cold drinks, serving tables, handling room service, and settling accounts.

Qualifications

• Some flexibility to work varied rosters (early mornings, late finishes, weekends and public holidays).
• Exceptional grooming and hygiene standards.
• Confident and timely table service.
• Experience in restaurant & bar service or customer facing roles is advantageous.
• Valid Right to Work in NZ.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm engaging welcome to all guests.
• Work as a team to ensure exceptional service and dining experiences.
• Preparation of various hot and cold drinks.
• Seating guests, taking orders and delivering exceptional service.
• Preparation of the restaurant for service.
• Taking inquiries and delivering room service.
• Settling guest accounts.
• Resolve guest issues with a positive follow-up.
