QT Queenstown is seeking a Food & Beverage Attendant to support a luxurious guest experience at our new property on Brunswick Street. This full-time role offers afternoon and late-night shifts with a minimum 30 hours per week, spanning restaurant and bar service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a hospitality or retail – Cafes, Restaurants, Bars!
• A genuine enthusiasm for food, beverage, and curated guest experiences.
• Solid knowledge of wine and cocktails, with a willingness to keep expanding your repertoire.
• The physical readiness for a fast-paced, on-your-feet service environment.
• Clear communication, strong teamwork, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
• Reliability, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering standout results—every shift.

• Take orders with accuracy, personality, and genuine product knowledge.

• Collaborate seamlessly with the bar and kitchen teams to keep service flowing.

• Action guest requests and deliver thoughtful touches that exceed expectations.
