Hilton Queenstown is seeking a Food & Beverage Attendant to deliver warm, attentive service across dining outlets. You will welcome guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and help maintain outlet readiness and cleanliness.

The role requires strong English communication, a positive team attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with flexibility for shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Well-presented, reliable, and committed to maintaining high service standards.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical requirements of the role.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver warm and attentive service: Welcome guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and respond to guest requests.
• Create memorable guest experiences by building positive relationships and handling feedback professionally.
• Maintain service excellence by following Hilton's standards and delivering high-quality offerings.
• Support outlet operations: assist with setup, clearing, resetting, cleaning, and preparation before, during, and after service.
• Work as a team by coordinating with colleagues, supervisors, kitchen teams, and other departments.
• Promote menu items and offers while processing orders accurately and minimizing wastage.
• Uphold health and safety standards across food safety and workplace safety protocols.
• Develop skills through training and expanding knowledge of menus and service techniques.
