Job summary

Quinovic Viaduct is seeking a friendly Receptionist to welcome visitors, manage guest check-ins and assist with general admin at our Anzac Avenue property in Auckland. You’ll be the first point of contact, handling inquiries, coordinating keys, and supporting day-to-day operations with a warm hospitality mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in reception, hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Warm, approachable presence and hospitality mindset.
• Clear, professional communication with diverse people.
• Organised, dependable and detail-oriented; stays calm in busy times.
• Able to use email and Microsoft Office and learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and visitors, assist with check-ins and inquiries.
• Answer phone calls and emails; route queries to correct person.
• Coordinate key collections and returns with accurate records.
• Support day-to-day administration, mail, deliveries and follow-up tasks.
• Maintain a neat, welcoming reception area and assist the wider team.
