Job summary

EcoChill is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager or commercially minded refrigeration professional to drive new business growth across Taupō, Waikato, Tauranga and Auckland. You will identify opportunities and secure new business while developing strategic customer relationships.

Working with estimating, project management and service teams, you will manage opportunities from initial engagement through to handover, build lasting partnerships, and contribute to revenue growth while

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial refrigeration, HVAC, construction or related industry.
• Proven track record in developing and closing opportunities.
• Ability to travel across the North Island.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities across commercial refrigeration markets.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline across key sectors.
• Build and manage relationships with major clients and retail chains.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services and solutions.
• Support quotations, proposals and tenders; coordinate with internal teams to ensure handover.
