Job summary

Experience Co NZ Holdings – known for NZONE Skydive and Skydive Wanaka – seeks a Ground Crew member for the Queenstown Drop Zone. The role is full-time, fixed-term to cover the summer season (Sept 20, 2026 – May 15, 2027). Mandarin language skills are highly regarded.

Flexibility for weekends and holidays is required to help deliver a safe, exciting skydiving experience. You will greet customers, brief them on safety, assist with gear, manage manifests, and support aviation operations while

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a high-energy environment.
• Mandarin language skills are highly regarded for this role.
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and safety briefings.
• Support airside operations including gearing up and post-jump procedures.
• Assist with flight manifests, client allocation, and safety checks.
• Maintain records, stock, and cleanliness of customer areas.
• Follow safety procedures and aviation standards at all times.
