Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Development LP in Auckland, New Zealand, is seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant Graduate. The role is hybrid with about two days per week in an HPE office.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication in the supported language.
• Experience troubleshooting in a technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Resolve technical issues (hardware and software) from internal/external users.
• Answer questions on features, specs, and repairs under warranty or mission-critical.
• Resolve problems via phone and e-support.
• Document case summaries and add to KMS.
• Proactively help customers to avoid issues.
• Represent the company at customer locations, events, and meetings.
• Collaborate with Sales Pursuit to support opportunities.
