Job summary

HTU in Auckland (Ellerslie) is seeking a dedicated customer service advisor to support customers with online orders and inquiries. You will handle deliveries, enter requests accurately, and maintain records across multiple systems with active listening.

We offer comprehensive paid training, clear progression, and mental health support access. Applicants must have full NZ work rights; Mac laptops are not compatible with the systems.

Qualifications

• Must have full NZ work rights (no restrictions or student visa).
• Ability to clear Ministry of Justice Criminal History Check.
