Job summary

Webbee Group is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to drive Bitrix24 subscriptions with a global team spanning APAC, LATAM and beyond. You will coach 5 Account Executives across three countries, refine sales processes, and report progress to the Revenue Director.

The role demands a results-driven mindset and proven quota attainment. You’ll earn a base NZD 850/month (part-time, 20 hours/week) with an uncapped team override, plus a NZD 65,000 annual bonus if targets are met.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B tech sales with proven quota attainment.
• 3+ years leading a sales team with documented results.
• Fluent English; comfortable with international clients.
• Experience closing B2B deals in a remote environment.
• Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach 5 Account Executives across three countries.
• Coach and lead by example; refine sales processes and scripts.
• Report pipeline, team performance, and growth strategy to Revenue Director.
• Drive Bitrix24 subscription sales to global clients.
