Job summary

Thryv Australia & New Zealand is seeking a results-driven field sales professional to cover Christchurch and wider NZ SMBs, selling digital marketing and business management solutions. You will build your own pipeline from scratch, prospect across multiple channels, and own the full sales cycle from first contact to onboarding, with a generous NZD OTE.

The role offers a total NZD 135.6K OTE, with room to grow for top performers.

Qualifications

Proven B2B field sales record in a quota-driven role.
Ability to build and manage a pipeline from scratch with no leads handed to you.
Experience selling digital marketing and related solutions is a plus.
You are self-driven, organized and capable of self-managing a territory.

Responsibilities

Build your own pipeline from scratch through cold calling, online research, networking and referrals.
Prospect through multiple channels to connect with SMBs needing Thryv.
Meet clients face-to-face and present tailored digital marketing solutions.
Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to close and onboarding.
Hit and exceed monthly new business targets consistently.
Plan and manage your territory, schedule and pipeline.
Keep pipeline records up-to-date and report results to the Account Director.
Stay informed on Thryv product updates and NZ SMB market trends.
