Job summary

EatClub in Auckland is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-activity field sales team, bringing top venues onto the platform and shaping NZ growth.

You will own the revenue target, coach reps in real conversations, and partner with global teams to refine local market strategies. Travel across NZ to launch new markets and strengthen venue pipelines while maintaining strong CRM discipline.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years leading a high-activity field sales team.
• Experience managing 5+ sales reps and delivering a high-value revenue target.
• Strong CRM discipline and data entry in HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Lead a field sales team to recruit venues onto the platform.
• Coach reps in real customer conversations and objection handling.
• Own a high-value revenue target and report progress monthly.
• Collaborate with global leadership, Revenue, Marketing and RevOps.
• Travel across NZ to support launches and build venue pipelines.
