Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Blockchain Project Manager for a fully remote role serving clients across industries. You will lead end-to-end blockchain projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project management, including 2+ years in blockchain projects, and strong Agile/Scrum expertise. PMP/Prince2 is a plus, with excellent communication skills for remote collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, CS, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience, 2+ years in blockchain projects.
• Proven ability to deliver complex tech projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of blockchain tech and distributed ledgers.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• Proficient with Jira, Asana or MS Project.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple remote projects simultaneously.
• PMP or Prince2 certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee blockchain projects from initiation to closure, including scope, timeline and budget.
• Develop detailed project plans and key deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional teams of developers, designers and analysts.
• Communicate status, risks and issues to stakeholders and clients.
• Ensure adoption of Agile/ Scrum practices and governance.
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
• Manage vendor relations and third-party integrations.
• Coordinate project meetings, workshops and reviews.
• Ensure high-quality, timely blockchain solutions for clients.
• Stay updated on blockchain trends and PM best practices.
