Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Project Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives from anywhere in South Africa. You will guide distributed teams through technology implementations, cloud solutions, and data analytics to improve efficiency and customer experience.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, 7+ years in project management focused on digital delivery, and proven remote or hybrid work experience. PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7+ years of project management experience with focus on digital transformation or technology implementation.
• Experience managing projects in remote or hybrid environments.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies, cloud solutions, data analytics, and agile methodologies.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for remote engagement.
• PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of digital transformation projects across the organization.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans including timelines and budgets; use remote PM tools.
• Facilitate communication among distributed team members, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues in a remote setting.
• Drive adoption of digital solutions and change management efforts.
