Job summary

Remote is seeking a Manager, Payroll Operations to own the planning and implementation of our payroll chapter within a dynamic, globally distributed team. The role will lead the Payroll Operations group, ensuring accurate and timely processing while complying with country-specific regulations.

You will mentor staff, manage relationships with payroll vendors, and drive best practices with KPIs and SLAs in an increasingly asynchronous, remote environment. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in regional/global payroll operations.
• Understanding of global payroll best practices.
• Experience implementing payroll in multiple countries and managing relationships with third party payroll services.
• Fluent English written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Payroll Operations team.
• Own the complete payroll function, ensuring timely, accurate processing and regulatory compliance.
• Be the point of contact between internal and external stakeholders on payroll matters.
• Stay up to date with international payroll laws/regulations and vendor relationships.
• Develop best practices, KPIs and SLAs for the team.
