Job summary

Beca Limited in New Zealand is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead end-to-end payroll services for our Auckland operations. You will ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll delivery while partnering with Finance and People & Culture to drive operational excellence.

You will manage payroll governance, system enhancements (Workday and Datapay), and develop a high-performing team, keeping abreast of legislation, taxation, and statutory obligations.

Qualifications

• Significant end-to-end payroll delivery experience.
• Experience with Workday and Datapay is advantageous.
• Strong governance, controls, and compliance knowledge.
• Ability to lead and develop a high-performing payroll team.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll operations across New Zealand.
