Job summary

Fingermark invites applications for an IT Support Engineer to provide day-to-day technical help to a distributed global team. You’ll handle end-user support, devices and access provisioning, and assist with onboarding and offboarding, networks, automation and security compliance.

You will join a dynamic, globally distributed tech group; the role is suitable for junior to intermediate professionals, offering flexible hours and a chance to grow with a fast-moving QSR technology innovator.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support, service desk operations or systems administration.
• Comfortable working independently across a varied workload.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a patient approach to helping people.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day internal technical support across Fingermark’s global team.
• Be the core contact for end user support, device management and access provisioning.
• Support onboarding and offboarding, office networks, workflow automation and security compliance.
