Fingermark in Hastings, New Zealand, seeks a junior to intermediate IT Support Engineer to provide day-to-day internal tech support across a global team.

We’re looking for a junior to intermediate IT Support Engineer to provide day to day internal technical support across Fingermark’s global team.
You’ll be the core point of contact for end user support, device management and access provisioning, while also supporting onboarding and offboarding, office networks, workflow automation and security compliance.
This is a hands‑on role with plenty of variety, supporting users across New Zealand, Australia, Brazil, the United States, Canada and the Philippines.
The role is ideally 32 hours per week. We may also consider 40 hours per week for the right person where experience and remuneration expectations align.
You’ll have prior experience in IT support, service desk operations or systems administration and be comfortable working independently across a varied workload.
You’ll bring:
You’ll be comfortable prioritising tickets and tasks independently, particularly when supporting people working across different time zones.
Experience working with SOC 2 or ISO compliance frameworks would be useful, as would experience supporting distributed teams across APAC or LATAM.
