Job summary

Fingermark is seeking an exceptional Head of Engineering to provide technical and engineering leadership across the business. Reporting to the CEO, you will shape the technology roadmap, lead delivery, and ensure scalable, reliable systems for a global QSR technology business.

You will work with Product, Sales and Operations to translate customer and commercial priorities into robust technology. This role requires executive presence and a track record of building strong engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership of engineering teams in SaaS environments.
• Experience building scalable software applications.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Budgeting, planning and resource management experience.

Responsibilities

• Set and deliver the engineering and technology roadmap in partnership with the CEO.
• Lead the development and delivery of Fingermark’s technology.
• Provide technical leadership across software, platforms, infrastructure and deployed technology.
• Ensure systems are scalable, reliable and able to support the business and its customers.
• Translate customer requirements into practical technical solutions and integrations.
• Provide oversight of quality assurance, data protection and cybersecurity.
• Establish incident management practices with Support leaders.
• Lead, mentor and develop the technology teams.
• Build accountability and capability across engineering leadership.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing and Operations.
• Provide technical advice to internal stakeholders and customers.
