Job summary

360 Logistics Group in New Zealand is seeking a Customer Service / International Import Operator based in Wellington or Palmerston North. The role focuses on managing import shipments (air and sea) from order placement to final delivery, ensuring accurate documentation and timely client communication.

The successful candidate will coordinate with internal teams and overseas partners, maintain compliance, and handle invoicing and pricing for various freight modes.

Qualifications

• Experience in import freight operations (air and sea).
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.
• Strong attention to documentation accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients on import orders (Air and Sea freight).
• Coordinate with Manila team for registration and tasks.
• Place orders with overseas offices, agents and suppliers.
• Monitor and ensure import documentation accuracy.
• Oversee and track shipments from origin to delivery.
• Liaise with Shipping Lines, Airlines, Freight Forwarders, Suppliers, and Transport Companies.
• Prepare and provide pricing for FCL, LCL, and Airfreight.
• Manage client invoicing and expense entry.
• Perform general office administration tasks.
