Responsibilities

• Coordinate export orders and international shipments.
• Prepare and manage export documentation.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transport providers.
• Monitor shipment schedules and proactively manage delays.
• Ensure compliance with export regulations and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate records within ERP and logistics systems.
• Provide shipment updates and outstanding customer service.
• Support continuous improvement across export and logistics processes.
