Job summary

Sorted Logistics is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our International Freight team in Auckland. This full-time role manages international shipments from booking to delivery, coordinating with customers, overseas agents, and transport providers to ensure accurate, timely service.

You will use CargoWise, understand Incoterms, and deliver proactive updates while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in international freight forwarding.
• Knowledge of import and export operations.
• Familiarity with Incoterms and shipping terms.

Responsibilities

• Manage international import/export shipments from booking to delivery.
• Liaise with customers, overseas agents, transport providers, shipping lines and airlines.
• Coordinate documentation and shipment milestones.
• Provide proactive updates and resolve customer queries.
• Ensure compliance with Customs, MPI and industry requirements.
• Manage shipment data and cost within CargoWise.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service.
