Job summary

NZTE is seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst based in New Zealand to ensure our people systems run smoothly across the global footprint. This is a hands‑on role with a strong focus on position management, employee movements, data integrity, and administration of BambooHR and our wider systems environment.

You'll manage data quality, lead position management activities, and partner with Payroll, People and Digital teams to support seamless workforce administration and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience with HRIS platforms and position management.
• Strong data quality focus and attention to detail.
• Experience handling employee movements and organizational changes.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with workforce reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage data quality and integrity across our people systems.
• Lead position management activities and ensure movements are processed accurately.
• Be the go-to person for BambooHR and ServiceNow; handle administration, permissions, reporting and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with Payroll, People and Digital teams to maintain data flows across systems.
• Support reporting requirements with accurate workforce data and insights.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in systems and processes.
