Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, IT, analytics, or related field.

• Support daily HR operations and employee lifecycle tasks.

• Handle onboarding, transfers, role changes, and offboarding.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Assist in implementing HR policies and projects.
• Coordinate and deliver HR initiatives with other teams.
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
