Job summary

Global Wave Group in Albany, Auckland is seeking a Finance Operations Coordinator to join our finance team. This office-based role supports daily client applications, document handling, and cross-functional financial workflows.

You will report to the Head of Finance, work 1:30 PM–10 PM, Monday to Friday, and collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure smooth financial operations. A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting plus fluency in English and Mandarin are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field preferred.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and verbal).
• High execution capability; detail-oriented and responsible in work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
