Job summary

Sorted Logistics is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our International Freight team in Auckland. This full-time role manages international shipments from booking to delivery, coordinating with customers, overseas agents, and transport providers to ensure accurate, timely service.

You will use CargoWise, understand Incoterms, and deliver proactive updates while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage international import/export shipments from booking to delivery.
• Liaise with customers, overseas agents, transport providers, shipping lines and airlines.
• Coordinate documentation and shipment milestones.
• Provide proactive updates and resolve customer queries.
• Ensure compliance with Customs, MPI and industry requirements.
• Manage shipment data and cost within CargoWise.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service.

Customer Service Representative

Auckland | Full Time | 40 Hours per Week

We're looking for an experienced Customer ServiceRepresentative to join our growing International Freight team based inAuckland.

As part of Sorted Logistics, a trusted provider ofend-to-end logistics solutions across New Zealand, you'll be joining a businessfocused on delivering exceptional service and creating seamless supply chainexperiences for our customers.

Following the recent expansion of our business, this rolewill initially support a dedicated international freight forwarding divisionthat specialises in import, export, airfreight, seafreight, customs clearance,warehousing and supply chain solutions.

As the operational point of contact for customers, you'll beresponsible for coordinating international shipments from beginning to end,ensuring every shipment is handled accurately, efficiently, and withexceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

• Managing international import and exportshipments from booking through to delivery
• Liaising with customers, overseas agents,transport providers, shipping lines and airlines

• Managing shipment data and job costing withinCargoWise

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

• Previous experience in international freightforwarding
• Strong knowledge of both import and exportoperations
• Experience using CargoWise
• Understanding of shipping terms and Incoterms
• Excellent communication and customer serviceskills
