Job summary

Toll Group in New Zealand seeks an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Global Forwarding team. You will be the key link between customers and operations, coordinating shipments and ensuring service excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Based in Auckland with flexibility to work across NZ locations, you’ll build strong relationships, navigate freight regulations and leverage freight management systems to deliver world-class logistics solutions.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years' experience in ocean freight operations or customer service.
• Understanding of customs and maritime regulations.
• Experience working with freight management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary link between customers and operations to ensure outstanding service delivery.
• Coordinate shipments, track progress and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and resolve issues promptly.
