Job summary

Sealord Group's Independent Fisheries Limited (IFL) seeks an experienced Export Sales Coordinator to join our Christchurch-based team. Reporting to the Export Manager, you will coordinate export sales orders from creation through to final export documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely information for international markets.

Key responsibilities include processing orders in our ERP, coordinating freight bookings, liaising with MPI, Customs and freight providers, and delivering

Responsibilities

• Process export sales orders through our ERP system.
• Manage customer order requirements and documentation instructions.
• Coordinate freight bookings and shipment schedules.
• Liaise with cold storage providers and internal teams to ensure accurate order fulfilment.
• Prepare export declarations, shipping instructions and export documentation.
• Work with MPI, Customs, Chambers of Commerce and freight providers to obtain export certificates.
• Ensure all export documentation complies with customer requirements and regulations.
• Provide outstanding customer service and after-sales support.
• Keep customers and internal stakeholders informed of shipment progress and changes.
