Job summary

Blue Sky Meats (N.Z.) Ltd, based in Auckland CBD, seeks an experienced Export Documentation professional to join our Sales and Marketing team on a full-time, three-month fixed-term contract starting immediately. You will manage export documentation and processes, coordinate with internal and external partners, ensure accuracy, and guarantee on-time shipments.

Role operates Monday to Friday 8:30am–5:00pm; NZ residency or valid work rights required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years export documentation experience.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong data entry skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience with Prodoc and a current Customs PIN preferred.
• NZ residency or valid work rights required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit export bookings through a third-party booking portal.
• Liaise with Zerostore and Plant to coordinate orders and packing.
• Prepare full export documentation sets: invoices, certificates, packing lists.
• Review and verify draft bills of lading for 100% accuracy.
• Check booking confirmations for accuracy and completeness.
• Manage domestic and international courier dispatches.
• Carry out general administration and filing duties.
