Job summary

Zespri is seeking a Business Analyst to join our Digital Services team. You will partner with stakeholders worldwide to translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories and specifications, driving efficient processes and scalable solutions across ERP/CRM platforms.

You will collaborate across Agile and Waterfall delivery, facilitate workshops, and support successful solution delivery and user adoption in a dynamic, globe-spanning environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst within a large and complex organisation.
• Strong capability in requirements gathering, process mapping, user stories and functional documentation.
• Experience working across Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Knowledge of ERP or CRM platforms, ideally SAP, Microsoft Dynamics or similar enterprise systems.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and workshop facilitation skills.
• A proactive, self-starting approach with the ability to navigate ambiguity and influence outcomes through collaboration.
