OSPRI is seeking two Senior Business Analysts for an 18‑month fixed-term to support multiple projects within the Transformation group. You will lead change projects, define requirements and oversee IT platforms, data enablement and digital solutions.

You will work with business units and delivery teams to translate needs into clear specifications and ensure outcomes align with strategic goals, delivering value within time and budget constraints.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years as a Business Analyst.
• Experience with API testing and integration testing.
• Ability to apply advanced analytical and critical thinking.
• Collaborative working style.
• Prioritise tasks by severity and business impact.
• See tasks through to completion while managing priorities.
• Knowledge of SDLC, project management methodologies and Agile.
• Desirable GIS experience for one role.
• Relevant tertiary qualification is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Understand stakeholder needs and define future state solutions.
• Develop specifications, user stories, business rules and system design elements.
• Facilitate workshops to document current and future state processes.
• Partner with SMEs and delivery teams to shape tech and data solutions.
• Provide evidence-based advice balancing value, time and budget.
• Map benefits and maintain traceability from need to solution.
• Support change adoption and realise business benefits.
• Contribute to data quality and standards improvements.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver projects and improvements.
