Job summary

Discova’s Global Finance Shared Services team in Auckland is seeking a detail-oriented AP specialist to ensure accurate invoice processing, payments, reconciliations, and reporting across multiple destinations.

You will support month-end activities, contribute to cash-flow visibility, and help maintain strong financial controls while collaborating with suppliers and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Experience with invoice processing, payments, reconciliations, and basic accounting.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office; good English and local language communication.
• Strong attention to detail in high-volume AP environment.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices accurately across multiple Discova destinations.
• Manage supplier and employee payments with strong controls.
• Perform reconciliations and resolve payment issues.
• Provide AP reporting and cash-flow insights.
• Support month-end activities and process improvements.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality service.
