Media Design School at Strayer seeks a Future Student Advisor to guide prospective students from initial enquiry to enrolment. You will assess applications, provide personalised advice, and use delegated authority to admit within scope.
Collaborate with Student Recruitment, Marketing and Admissions to meet targets and grow admissions. You will maintain records in Salesforce, support campus events, and work with Program Managers to ensure a high-quality future student experience.

As a Future Student Advisor,you’llguide prospective students through their journey frominitialenquiry to enrolment.You’llassess applications against published entry criteria, provide clear and personalised advice, and use your delegated authority to offer admission within the approved scope. Working closely with the Student Recruitment, Marketing,andAdmissions teams,you’lldeliver an outstanding future student experience while contributing to admissions targets and the growth of MDS at Strayer.

This is a full-time, permanent position based at the Media Design School in Auckland and is an on-site position.
