University of Waikato is seeking an Admissions Advisor to assess applications, decide on admissions, and assist with programme planning to guide students toward successful enrolment. The role emphasizes thorough processing, customer service, and collaboration within the Admissions Office.

Salary will be in the range of $73,235 to $87,024 per year based on skills, knowledge and experience brought to the position.
This is a full-time role (37.5 hours a week), based on our Hillcrest Campus.

Work within a team who are responsible for student admission to the University, entry into qualifications and programme planning. You will enjoy an environment where you are progressing applicants through their applications whilst continuously looking for ways to improve the student experience. Your critical thinking will be essential to this role as you will be expected to continuously implement business and system changes that positively impact our processing targets and assist students to reach enrolment. You will understand the need to maintain a high work performance within tight timeframes and will put the customer in the centre of what you do. Your positive and friendly personality will put students at ease as they make decisions on their programmes and papers in accordance with their selected qualification and the University regulation.
