The Fundraising and Alumni Coordinator plays a key supporting role in delivering effective communications and engagement across fundraising, alumni relations, and events. Reporting to the Fundraising and Alumni Manager, this position helps create donor and alumni communications, contributes to fundraising campaigns, and supports the planning and delivery of events. The role blends strong organisation with creative communication skills to ensure alumni, donors, parents, and the wider community stay informed, engaged, and connected to the life and future of Queen Margaret College.

We are seeking someone with:

Relevant qualification in communications, marketing, events, or a related field

Confidence using digital tools, including email marketing platforms, CRM databases, and MS Office
