We are looking for energetic and motivated full-time Support Workers to support people in our Masterton and Greytown residential services.
Our shift times are 7:00am–3:00pm, 3:00pm–11:00pm, and wakeover/sleepover shifts from 11:00pm–7:00am. The right candidate will have the flexibility and availability to work a mix of morning, evening, and overnight shifts across both Masterton and Greytown.
This is a busy and diverse role, supporting people with various aspects of daily life and to do the things they want to do such as going swimming, personal cares, support with meals, household management tasks and teaching life skills. - The list is endless! Support Workers are part of a team who work shifts or specific rosters providing 24/7 support with the potential of additional sleepover payments included in some rosters.
Empathy, respect, and cultural awareness is important in this role as the people we support come from diverse backgrounds with varying needs and interests.
